Under the expert guidance of John Crouch, you will take a leisurely stroll along the hedgerows of Blue Dial Farm, reconnecting with nature and discovering the delicious, wild edibles growing right on your doorstep! Both common and unusual seasonal ingredients will be identified and discussed.
Upon returning to Blue Dial Farm you will have the opportunity to join us for a light lunch where John will serve his homemade warm and nourishing foraged soup.
After lunch, the cookery demonstration will take place. Watch and learn as John transforms wild ingredients into a multi-course, mouth-watering feast right before your eyes. Learn kitchen secrets, as well as handy tips and techniques that you can easily use at home before tasting the foraged creations.
